Specializing in horse properties, acreage, and mountain homes, Heather draws on her own roots growing up on a 100-acre farm in southwest Minnesota and her current life with horses in Beulah. As a facilitator of Equine Facilitated Learning retreats, she has a deep appreciation for the bond between people and horses — and an intuitive understanding of what makes a property truly work for equestrian living. From pasture quality and water rights to barn layouts and riding access, she knows the details that make the difference.
